Oh So Sweet Potato Puree

I'm using 3 organic sweet potatoes.

First I wash and peel all three sweet potatoes.

I cut into slices and then dice up the slices into cubes.

I filled my steamer basket up to the line(its about half a sweet potato)

After it has been steamed, you can see the amount doesn't change much

I dump the basket into the blender portion and add about a cup of water(you might want to add less then add more as needed)

After it has been pureed, you can see how smooth it is(I leave mine thicker, it tends to water down some once thawed)

3 sweet potatos made 52 ice cube(ounces) of baby food.
